Objective
NED-ALEF stands for NED ALumni Endowment Fund
The objectives of NED-ALEF are to improve NED’s academic standing by promoting, supporting, and fostering excellence in NED University’s academic and research programs. NED-ALEF will facilitate the achievement of these objectives through grants for activities and projects that strengthen the institution, which may include, among other things:
- Faculty and student research capabilities and resources
- Innovative senior students' design projects
- Travel and other costs for presentation of selected technical papers by NED University faculty or students at domestic or international conferences.
- Workshops and lectures by eminent engineers and scientists on-line and at NED University
- Expansion and building of new labs in the evolving areas
- Development, update, and maintenance of curricula to international standards

Our Mission & Goals
NEDians should “give back to” and “do more for” NED
Each year since 2005, we have had NED Alumni Conventions in different cities of North America. At each NED event a common theme had been that NEDians should “give back to” and “do more for” NED – and that the NED Alumni Associations in North America should jointly undertake such organized efforts.
